Clear windows for cancelling, and how eligible refunds are returned to you.
Cancelling a Samagri Order
You can cancel a product order yourself within 5 minutes of placing it, from 'My Orders'. After that window, or once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled online — contact support and we’ll help where possible.
Cancelling a Pandit Booking
A booking that is still pending (payment not completed) can be cancelled at any time. A confirmed booking can be cancelled up to 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled date. Cancellations closer to the date are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Method
Eligible refunds are always issued to your original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not offer cash refunds for prepaid orders.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved it is processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cash on Delivery
COD orders cancelled within the cancellation window incur no charge, as no payment was collected.
Non-Refundable Cases
Completed pandit services, delivered orders, and cancellations made outside the windows described above are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
How to Request
Use the Cancel option in 'My Orders' or 'My Bookings'. If you need help, contact our support team with your order or booking ID.
