Delivery & Fulfilment
How and when your puja samagri reaches you, and how pandit bookings are scheduled.
Serviceable Areas
We deliver puja samagri (products) to serviceable pincodes across India. A small number of remote or restricted locations may be unavailable; if your address can’t be serviced you’ll be informed at checkout or before dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed (immediately for prepaid, on confirmation for Cash on Delivery).
Delivery Timeline
Most samagri orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary during festivals or peak demand.
Shipping Charges
Standard delivery is free. Any applicable delivery or handling charges, where they apply, are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Track your order from 'My Orders'. The status moves Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered, and you receive a notification at each update.
Delays
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals, regional restrictions or courier issues. We’ll keep you updated and do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.
Pandit Service Bookings
Pandit bookings are scheduled services, not shipped items. The pandit arrives at the date, time and address you select — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for changes to a booking.
